Born on 7th January, 1976, Pradip is a new generation talented young Indian artist whose painting is a sojourn in nature, dealing with myriad colours, forms, shapes and contours to create a new fantasy world of magical landscapes. His material colours have their own spiritual sense and are rendered with poetry that are most sublime and fascinating. He is indebted to his trekking in the Himalayas for providing him rare natural experiences in the solitude of the hills. To that is added his interest in sci-fi movies and yoga. He is a Bachelor of Science from Calcutta University and a Bachelor of Visual Arts from Govt College of Art & Craft under Calcutta University.
